Companion bill to HB 47 amending Idaho Code § 39-258 to revise adoption information release procedures. Requires adult adoptees to complete voluntary adoption registry process before accessing original birth certificates and sealed file information. Allows birth parents 30-day period to request no contact or redaction of identifying information.
