HB 432: STATE CONTROLLER – Amends existing law to provide that any state agency that knowingly fails to report an agreement may be subject to liability.
Amends Section 67-1085, Idaho Code, to require state agencies to report agreements to the State Controller within 10 days, provide contact persons, and authorize Controller policy development. Adds liability for knowing failure to report. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2025.
