HB 437: COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICTS – Amends existing law to provide that a community infrastructure district may be formed within a county with the approval of the county.
Amends Section 50-3101, Idaho Code, to revise provisions for forming community infrastructure districts (CIDs), enabling counties to approve CIDs outside city comprehensive plans. Makes technical corrections and declares an emergency effective July 1, 2025. No fiscal impact.
