HB 441: ABSENTEE VOTING – Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding the returning and verification of absentee ballots.
Revises Idaho absentee voting procedures by amending ballot affidavit envelopes to include driver's license/ID number and last 4 SSN digits, repealing old return procedures, adding new return verification processes, and requiring concealed personal info on envelopes. Effective January 1, 2026.
