Appropriates additional $504,900 for FY2026 to Public Schools Educational Support Program's Division of Educational Services for the Deaf and the Blind, including $492,000 from Public School Income Fund (via General Fund transfer) and $12,900 from School for the Deaf and Blind Endowment Fund. Funds new staff positions, career ladder equivalence, and recruitment/retention. Effective July 1, 2025.
