HB 472: IDAHO MEDICAL FREEDOM ACT – Amends existing law to prohibit medical mandates under certain conditions.
Amends the Idaho Medical Freedom Act to broaden prohibitions beyond coronavirus vaccinations to all medical interventions. Prohibits businesses, schools, governments, and ticket issuers from mandating medical interventions except where required by federal law or foreign jurisdictions. Includes emergency clause effective July 1, 2025.
