Amends existing Idaho Code sections on employment security law, adds new sections defining terms like 'able to work,' 'workplace misconduct,' and 'reportable income.' Revises provisions on covered employment, base periods, wages, and more. Nullifies specific IDAPA administrative rules effective July 1, 2025.
