Authorizes State Tax Commission and Dept. of Health & Welfare to share tax return data via written agreement to investigate public assistance fraud. Establishes strict confidentiality rules and compliance with federal privacy laws. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2025. Passed unanimously; signed into law as Chapter 61.
