Amends Idaho Code §72-319 to explicitly hold members, managers, and employees of limited liability companies personally liable for failing to secure workers' compensation insurance, aligning with existing corporate liability provisions. Makes technical corrections including 'cancelled' spelling and adds graduated penalties for repeat violations. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2025.
