Expands Idaho's bridge physician program by renaming to 'assistant physicians,' extending limited licenses from 1 to 3 years (renewable), and creating a pathway to full general practice licensure after 36 months of supervised practice, USMLE Step 3, and 50 annual CME hours. Aims to address physician shortages.
