HB 79: EDUCATION – Amends existing law to increase the maximum tuition for community colleges.
Increases maximum annual tuition cap for Idaho community colleges from $2,500 to $3,250 while maintaining 10% annual increase limit. Makes technical corrections to tuition and fee definitions. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2025.
