HB 84: DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION – Amends existing law to provide that the director of the Department of Administration may provide certain services to cities.
Amends Section 67-5767, Idaho Code, to authorize the Director of the Department of Administration to provide personnel services, including group insurance and health care, to cities in addition to school districts, public colleges, universities, and other political subdivisions. Declares an emergency with effective date of July 1, 2025.
