HB 88: COMMERCIAL SEXUAL ACTIVITY – Amends existing law to provide that soliciting commercial sexual activity shall be a felony.
Amends Idaho Code §18-5614 to make first-time solicitation of commercial sexual activity a felony (previously misdemeanor), with mandatory minimum 5-day jail sentence. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2025.
