Amends Idaho Code §67-2303A to restrict governmental entities (excluding schools, colleges, universities) to displaying only specific flags: U.S., state/local government, state, military, POW/MIA, Indian tribes, foreign countries for special occasions, and Idaho educational institutions. Authorizes veterans services to set display rules. Declares emergency clause. Signed into law April 3, 2025.
