HB 98: TEACHERS UNIONS – Amends and adds to existing law to provide for restrictions regarding the use of taxpayer funds for teachers unions.

Prohibits public officials from using taxpayer funds to support teachers unions, including dues deductions, paid leave for union activities, and other promotional support. Establishes civil penalties and amends school personnel and negotiation statutes.
