House Resolution 5 states that the House Judiciary, Rules, and Administration Committee has reviewed and approved all temporary and pending rules submitted by the Idaho State Police/State Forensic Laboratory, Idaho State Police/Peace Officer Standards and Training Council, and Commission of Pardons and Parole for the 2025 legislative session.
