House Resolution 15 states findings of the House of Representatives that all temporary and pending rules from the Idaho Departments of Fish and Game, Lands, Occupational and Professional Licenses, Parks and Recreation, and Water Resources have been reviewed and approved by the House Resources and Conservation Committee, except for one specific subsection of IDAPA 20.03.14.
