HR 17: RULE APPROVAL – HOUSE STATE AFFAIRS COMMITTEE – States findings of the House of Representatives and provides that all temporary and pending rules of the Idaho State Police, the Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, the Idaho Secretary of State, the Department of Administration, and the Idaho State Lottery have been reviewed and approved by the House State Affairs Committee, with an exception.
House Resolution 17 states that the House State Affairs Committee has reviewed and approved all temporary and pending rules from the Idaho State Police, Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses, Idaho Public Utilities Commission, Secretary of State, Department of Administration, and State Lottery, except one specific subsection of PUC telephone customer relations rules (IDAPA 31.41.01, Section 205.02).
