SB 1013: FISH AND GAME – Amends existing law to provide for trapping education and licensing.
Amends Idaho Code sections 36-411 and 36-412 to codify trapping education requirements, expand education program content including trespass laws and species identification, and allow supervised trapping by certified guides without personal certification. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2025.
