SB 1015: HOSPITALS – Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to revise and establish provisions regarding the licensure and inspection of hospitals.
Creates Streamlined Facilities Licensing Act making CMS-certified hospitals, nursing facilities, and intermediate care facilities automatically licensed in Idaho. Repeals Chapter 24 (home health agencies) and nullifies IDAPA rules for skilled nursing, home health, ICFs/IID, and hospitals effective 7/1/2025.
