Amends Idaho Code Chapter 5, Title 73 to expand the 'Coronavirus Stop Idaho Medical Freedom Act' by prohibiting businesses, schools, governments, and ticket issuers from mandating 'medical interventions' (broadly defined) except where federally required or for foreign travel. Includes exemptions for Medicare/Medicaid providers and traditional PPE. Vetoed by Governor; veto sustained.
