Amends Section 66-906, Idaho Code, to update unclaimed property procedures for deceased veterans home residents. Updates statutory references to align with the revised Unclaimed Property Act, clarifies intangible property handling, and assigns unclaimed tangible property to state veterans homes. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2025.
