Idaho Capitol Watch
SB 1038: HEALTH – Adds to existing law to provide that the state of Idaho shall not be compelled to engage in the enforcement of requirements or mandates issued by the World Health Organization.
Prohibits Idaho and its political subdivisions from enforcing World Health Organization mandates or requirements, including masks, vaccines, or medical testing. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2025.
