Amends Idaho Code sections 34-1812, 34-1812A, and 34-1812B to require updated fiscal impact statements for initiative petitions reaching signature thresholds, revise argument and rebuttal filing deadlines to July 31 and August 10 respectively, and declare an emergency effective July 1, 2025.
