SB 1051: FAMILY LAW – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding good cause determination in license suspension proceedings and to repeal certain administrative rules.
Establishes statutory good cause exceptions to child support-related license suspensions for motor vehicle, occupational, and recreational licenses, codifies existing administrative rules, nullifies IDAPA 16.03.03 sections, effective July 1, 2025.
