SB 1063: URBAN AGRICULTURE – Amends existing law to provide a definition for “small-scale livestock”.
Amends Section 22-1002, Idaho Code, to define 'small-scale livestock' within urban agriculture framework, clarifying ownership and care of limited animals for personal, small-scale production, or educational purposes on urban/suburban properties. Adds definitions for community gardening, market gardening, urban farming, and victory gardening. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2025.
