SB 1092: EDUCATION – Amends existing law to provide for a lifetime instructional certificate and a lifetime administrator certificate for certain teachers and administrators.
Amends Idaho Code §33-1204 to authorize lifetime instructional and administrator certificates for teachers/administrators with 25+ years of experience. Certificates issued at no cost, require no maintenance unless professional misconduct occurs. Effective July 1, 2025.
