SB 1116: STATE BUDGET – Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to provide for the office of administrative hearings and to provide for the billing of state agencies for certain services.
Changes budgeting methodology for Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) to use statewide cost allocation model. Amends IC 67-3531 to include OAH cost estimates, repeals old IC 67-5285, adds new section for agency billing to indirect cost recovery fund. Effective July 1, 2025.
