SB 1118: PROCUREMENT BY POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS – Amends existing law to revise certain monetary thresholds for certain types of procurement by political subdivisions.
Updates procurement bid thresholds for Idaho political subdivisions to account for inflation. Raises public works construction threshold from $50K to $100K, services/personal property from $75K to $100K, and adjusts upper competitive bidding tiers to $250K. Effective July 1, 2025.
