Revises Idaho's Agricultural Protection Area Act by requiring counties to establish ordinances and commissions by Jan 1, 2025, streamlining application review processes, limiting local regulations on protected agricultural lands, and prohibiting non-agricultural development unless it supports farming. Repeals and replaces section 67-9706. Emergency clause. Signed into law.
