Appropriates $691.6M to Health and Welfare's Division of Medicaid for FY2026 across various plans (Administration, Coordinated, Enhanced, Basic, Expansion, Extended Employment Services) from General, Federal, Hospital Assessment, and Dedicated funds. Reduces Expansion plan by $17.4M. Provides supplemental $415.2M for FY2025. Directs reports on addiction treatment, contracts, and Emergency Medicaid. Enacted as Chapter 310.
