Appropriates $1,789,500 to State Tax Commission for FY2026 across divisions including General Services, Audit, Compliance, Revenue Operations, and Property Tax. Authorizes 7 additional FTE positions (2 limited-term for parental choice tax credit). Reduces tax credit fund by $674,900 for administration. Effective July 1, 2025.
