SR 111: RULE APPROVAL – SENATE RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE – States findings of the Senate and provides that all temporary and pending rules of the Idaho Department of Fish and Game, the Idaho Department of Lands, the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses, the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation, the Idaho Department of Water Resources, and the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality have been reviewed and approved by the Senate Resources and Environment Committee, with an exception.
Senate Resolution 111 states that the Senate Resources and Environment Committee has reviewed and approved all temporary and pending rules from six state agencies (Fish and Game, Lands, Occupational Licenses, Parks and Recreation, Water Resources, Environmental Quality), except one specific subsection of Idaho Department of Lands rules on grazing/farming leases (IDAPA 20.03.14, Section 050.02).
