Amends Section 67-5242, Idaho Code, to establish detailed hearing notice requirements for agency contested case hearings and clarify procedures at hearings. Adds requirements for written notices specifying agency actions, statutes, hearing request procedures, and rules. Passed House third reading 66-2.
