HB 532: TRANSPORTATION – Amends existing law to provide for a certain manner of proving identity.
Amends Idaho Code sections 49-401B and 49-504 to require proof of identity pursuant to section 49-306 for vehicle registration and titling applications, standardizes identity requirements across DMV services, and makes technical corrections. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2026.
