HB 534: MOTOR VEHICLES – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the Parent-Student On-Road Driver’s Training program.
Amends Section 49-307, Idaho Code, to expand the Parent-Student On-Road Driver's Training program statewide by removing geographic restrictions, allowing qualified parents to provide in-car and behind-the-wheel instruction anywhere in Idaho instead of only in rural districts or districts without driver's training courses.
