HB 603: CAPITOL MALL – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding camping and to revise a provision regarding disposition of property.
Amends Idaho Code sections 67-1613, 67-1613A, and 67-5709 to revise camping prohibitions on Capitol Mall and state properties, define camping and indicia, allow temporary side-free canopies, expand property disposition rules, make technical corrections, and declare an emergency.
