HB 615: DISTURBING THE PEACE – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding disturbing the peace.
Amends Idaho Code 18-6409 to revise disturbing the peace provisions, explicitly adding religious gatherings and houses of worship to protected locations, removing 'tumultuous or offensive conduct' and vulgar language near children, and clarifying 'fires any gun' to 'by firing any gun or pistol.' Declares emergency effective July 1, 2026.
