Establishes transparency requirements for fire insurers regarding wildfire risk models, rate filings, premium discounts for mitigation actions, and consumer notices about risk scores. Requires Department of Insurance to collect data and publish consumer education by Jan 1, 2027. Effective July 1, 2026.
