Revises Idaho Digital Learning Academy (IDLA) funding by reducing per enrollment amount from $445 to $427, limiting students to 3 enrollments per school year, restricting state funding eligibility to grades 6-12 students in non-virtual public schools outside large cities, excluding driver's ed and custom sections, with districts able to pay for ineligible enrollments.
