HB 630: AIRBORNE CONTROL OF PREDATORY ANIMALS – Amends existing law to provide for shooting of coyotes, wolves, and red foxes from aircraft.
Amends Idaho Code 22-102A to revise aircraft use for controlling unprotected/predatory animals (coyotes, wolves, red foxes). Codifies administrative rules into statute, nullifies IDAPA 02.01.03 effective July 1, 2026. Adds permit requirements including landowner permission and quarterly reporting.
