HB 641: EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS – Adds to existing law to specify certain requirements regarding the use of earned sick leave.

Adds new Idaho Code Section 44-906 to protect employees' use of earned sick leave per employer policy from disciplinary action. Does not require employers to offer sick leave or mandate payout of unused leave. Effective July 1, 2026.
