HB 673: ELECTIONS – Amends existing law to provide for certain physical presence requirements for state representatives and senators.
Amends Section 34-614, Idaho Code, to require state legislative candidates to maintain a fixed habitation with actual physical presence for at least 120 nights in the year before filing candidacy, in addition to existing qualifications.
