Revises Idaho Code Section 62-612 to update restrictions on telephone corporations discontinuing basic local exchange service, adding compliance with new Section 62-612A or availability of alternative providers. Adds Section 62-612A requiring Idaho PUC to recognize FCC discontinuance approvals under federal law. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2026.
