Adds new Idaho Code Section 41-352 requiring health insurers to count third-party payments toward enrollee cost-sharing requirements (copays, deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums) for health benefit plans effective January 1, 2027, with emergency effective date of July 1, 2026. Excludes prescription drugs with available generic equivalents.
