HB 718: FREEDOM OF CHOICE DENTURES ACT – Amends existing law to adjust fees.
Amends Section 54-3312, Idaho Code, under the Freedom of Choice Dentures Act to increase maximum fees: application fee from $300 to $1,000, initial license fee from $600 to $1,000, and biennial renewal fee from $2,000 to $2,500. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2026.
