HB 725: DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION – Amends existing law to provide that the director of the Department of Administration may provide certain services to cities.
Amends Section 67-5767, Idaho Code, to authorize the Director of the Department of Administration to provide personnel services, including group insurance and health care, to cities under contract terms. Makes technical corrections and declares an emergency effective July 1, 2026.
