HB 763: FOREIGN ADVERSARIES – Adds to existing law to prohibit certain governmental entities from investing in foreign adversaries.
Prohibits Idaho governmental entities from making new investments in foreign adversaries (China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Venezuela regime) starting July 1, 2026. Applies to state-managed funds including public pensions and university endowments. Existing investments grandfathered.
