HB 771: INDUSTRIAL HEMP – Amends and adds to existing law to provide for the sale of industrial hemp products.
Amends Idaho Code to add Section 22-1708 regulating retail sale of industrial hemp products. Prohibits cannabinoids except natural CBD in consumables, requires $600 annual licensing from Dept. of Agriculture with inspections and $10,000 max penalties. Effective July 1, 2026 as emergency legislation.
