HB 772: INDUSTRIAL HEMP – Amends existing law to provide for negligent violations.
Amends Idaho Code Section 22-1705 to define when industrial hemp producers do not commit negligent violations if growing for grain or fiber, making reasonable efforts to meet THC limits under 1%, and aligning with state and federal rules. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2026.
